MotorEnvy was founded in 2016 to unlock the value of providing vehicles as a service to consumers instead of traditional ownership methods.

This innovative model gives consumers more flexibility and simplicity which translates into more happiness behind the wheel of their favorite car. Our product is currently available in NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL and CA.

In addition, we develop technologies that enable us to incorporate vehicle acquisitions, financing, warranty, and service into one complete product package for our customers under one virtual roof for a simple and stress free experience. In return MotorEnvy is rewarded with some of the highest customer retention rates in the automotive industry and our shareholders rewarded with attractive and recurring unit economics.

Management Team

Founder & CEOMichael Chuang

Michael is a serial entrepreneur and the key architect behind MotorEnvy. Previous to MotorEnvy, Michael was the founder and CEO of iTB which was an electronic trading platform for corporate and government bonds. Before starting and leading companies, Michael acquired years of experience working on Wall Street and served in senior sales positions at UBS Securities LLC as well as Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.

CFOChris Delaney

Chris is a seasoned CFO who has 15+ years’ experience working with entrepreneurial companies and building-out financial functions to enable scale. Examples of such experiences include companies in the specialty finance, manufacturing, distribution, personal care and distribution industries. Additionally, Chris has held senior financial management positions with a family office providing growth equity to lower middle-market companies (J. Burke Capital Partners) and a direct-lending provider (Metropolitan Partners Group). Chris started his career with Lehman Brothers on the US Interest Rate Trading Desk, and has an MBA from the Darden School of Business (UVA).
